Instructions

For use in a toilet sitz basin (recommended): Pour 1 tablespoon of booty salts into your sitz bath water. Have a seat, relax, and soak for 15-20 minutes.

For use in a bathtub sitz bath: Pour half a cup of booty salts into 3-4 inches of water in your bathtub. Have a seat, relax, and soak for 15-20 minutes.
