Sitzology is headquartered and ships from Atlanta, Georgia. 

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (which do not include weekends, holidays, or same day). The shipping method you select at checkout will include an estimate (but not a guaranteed date) for actual shipping times once processed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation including tracking information.

Please be sure to provide a complete and accurate shipping address, as we can't guarantee address corrections can be made before shipping and are not responsible for wrong address deliveries.
