How long until my order is shipped?
We know you're ready for relief, so we strive to process and pack your orders as quickly as possible. You can generally expect your order to be processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday).
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a notification e-mail confirming that it has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to begin updating.
How long will shipping take?
We have both Priority (1-2 business days) and Ground (2-4 business days) options at checkout. We ship from the East Coast in Atlanta, GA.
Please keep in mind that processing times before shipping still apply.
We use both USPS and UPS for shipments.

If you’re not feeling the relief you expected, reach out within 30 days and we’ll work with you to make it right.
- Unopened items? Send them back for a full refund (minus shipping).
- Opened products (like gels or salts)? Let us know—while we can’t accept used items back, we may offer a store credit or partial refund.
- Cushions? If it’s unused and still in great shape, you can send it back.
